We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However:
- Minor variations in appearance or condition may occur, especially with second-hand items
- Product availability may change without notice
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
Second-hand products may show signs of previous use unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders & Payments
Payment Terms
Full payment must be made before products are released or shipped unless otherwise agreed.
We may accept various payment methods including:
- Cash
- EFT/bank transfer
- Card payments
- Mobile payment options where available
Orders may be canceled if payment is not received or confirmed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services.
Electro SA Gadgets is not responsible for:
- Courier delays
- Incorrect delivery information provided by customers
- Loss or damage caused after delivery confirmation
Customers must inspect products upon delivery or collection.
5. Returns & Refunds
All returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.
Products returned must:
- Be in the same condition sold
- Include all accessories and packaging
- Not be locked to personal accounts
Refunds or exchanges may be refused if products are damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repairs.
6. Warranty
Second-Hand Products
Second-hand products may include a limited store warranty where specified.
New Products
New products may carry manufacturer warranties where applicable.
Warranty does not cover:

- Misuse or negligence
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
7. Device Security & Data
Customers are responsible for:
- Backing up personal data
- Removing passwords and personal accounts before returns or repairs
- Ensuring devices are reset where required
Electro SA Gadgets is not responsible for:
- Data loss
- Account lock issues
- Software-related problems caused by users
Devices returned with active security locks may not qualify for refunds or service.
8. Trade-Ins & Second-Hand Devices
Trade-in devices must:
- Belong legally to the customer
- Be free from blacklist or network restrictions
- Not be stolen or fraudulently obtained
Electro SA Gadgets reserves the right to refuse trade-ins that fail verification checks.
9. Limitation of Liability
Electro SA Gadgets shall not be held liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data
- Loss of income or business
- Delays beyond our control
- Compatibility issues not disclosed before purchase
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase amount paid for the product.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, images, and materials belonging to Electro SA Gadgets remain the property of the business and may not be copied or used without permission.

ENVATO PTY LTD
For the purpose of validating and getting your purchase information regarding licenses for our theme, we send your provided tokens and purchase keys to Envato Pty Ltd and use the response from their API to register your validated support data. TICKSY
Ticksy provides the support ticketing platform we use to handle support requests. The data they receive is limited to the data you explicitly provide and consent to being set when you create a support ticket. 7. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
When you submit a support ticket or a comment, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it. We use this data so that we can recognize you and approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.
If you register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
8. SECURITY MEASURES
We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our site. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so that personal identifiable information is not captured/hijacked by third parties without authorization.
